Acrylic painting Covenant by Linda Finn

Covenant

It was important for the families at home to keep the lines of communication open during wartime. The small square in the middle symbolizes the soldiers, surrounded by roses, or the love of those at home. The threads connecting the two are superimposed with phrases from their letters.
